I ordered two polos for my twins, who wanted to look just like mummy, with my company name on the back of their shirts. I sent my order through, and immediately got a response to say my order was in, followed quickly by one that let me know when I should receive the shirts, and clarification on my wording (I had misspelled my own company name, doh!). I gor another email to say they were dispatched, and they came in the door exactly when expected. My girls were absolutely thrilled with their shirts, and it's been hard to get them out of them since. Best of all, the more they wear them, the more advertising I get :) Most importantly, as someone who shops online a lot, I was delighted with the personal response, and updates on my order. It was a personal touch that made all the difference. The quality of the shirts is very very good, and washes well. A big thank-you to Sarah at Litlle Chalk Horse for a fantastic service. My son now wants to know do you have the polos in boy sizes??
