In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

PRIVACY

We will not give any third party your contact details including name, address, email, contact numbers or details of purchase. Exceptions to this are relating to fraud or illegal activity where information requested by police/customs or related official personnel may be given if we have a legal obligation to do so prevent criminal action.

RECEIPT OF ORDERS

When an order is placed either via the website, by telephone or in writing, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to and is bound by the terms and conditions herein described by Little Chalk Horse. The Purchaser is deemed to have understood and read the terms and conditions of sale prior to making an order. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as Little Chalk Horse despatches an email receipt to the Purchaser, if the order has been place through the website or by phone.

DELIVERY

Little Chalk Horse will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods via Royal Mail first class post or next day delivery service for overseas and Channel Isles in most circumstances promptly, but cannot accept any liability for delay or damage in delivery for any reason outside our control such as industrial action, customs, delivery agents etc.

CUSTOMS

Purchases despatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom may be levied at the port of entry. Little Chalk Horse is unable to predict if additional charges may be levied to the Purchaser upon delivery. Any additional costs are borne by the Purchaser and not Little Chalk Horse.

RETURNS

Little Chalk Horse offers a full refund on all goods that are returned undamaged in their original packaging by the Purchasers within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods to Little Chalk Horse for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser; we cannot take responsibility of goods damaged in return transit. If you return any goods, you are advised to send them Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery whereupon Little Chalk Horse staff will need to sign for them. Little Chalk Horse will not refund return postage unless the returned goods are damaged goods, whereupon a replacement will be despatched or a a refund made for the goods and cost of postage.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT ON WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS/PACKAGING

All the contents of Little Chalk Horse including, but not limited to text, graphics, logo, images and software (collectively known as 'content') is the lawful property of Little Chalk Horse and is protected by UK law as such including any registered or future trademarks. No part of this site may be reproduced, copied, duplicated, modified, sold/resold or edited, wholly or in parts, without the full written permission of the owner of Little Chalk Horse. Little Chalk take no liability or responsibility for any links, endorsement of contents, security, that third parties who add a Little Chalk Horse homepage link to their website as we do not endorse any third party. We retain the right at our discretion to ask any third party to remove any link to our homepage where written approval from the owner of Little Chalk Horse has not been received.

PERSONAL INFORMATION/DATA

When you purchase any goods from Little Chalk Horse website you are entering into a binding, legal sales contract and as such, any information you personally provide as the Purchaser is believed to be accurate, truthful and have the immediate and sufficient funds to pay for the goods at the point of purchase.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions of sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
